6. Can I get a quotation or invoice for company purchase?

Yes, we can provide an official quotation or invoice for business or company purchases. Just contact us with your company details.

Warranty & Returns

1. Is there a warranty included? How long?

Yes, every laptop comes with a warranty between 1 to 12 months, depending on the model and condition.

2. What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers hardware and software issues under normal use.
Physical damage, water damage, or broken parts after purchase are not covered.

If the laptop is not as described, you can request a refund with proof and evidence.
